RIP CrossFit Open 2011!

66 reps (finished the round of 12 and got 6 more thrusters)

I agree with SG...RIP CrossFit Open! Mental note, lack of strength is preventing me from higher levels of fitness!

45 (9 thrusters on round of 12)

46 reps (3 rounds + 10 thrusters)

thanks for the coaching and encouragement. Although I got crushed, I was pleasantly surprised about being able to do it as Rxd.

C2B pull-ups were tougher than they look.

My guess for Mac: 87

Made up a WOD from several days ago - 5 rds of 10x burpees, run stairs from basement to 4th floor, 20x situps, run to basement.

14:14.

I thought that would be a good day-before-APFT WOD. Now I'm not so sure...ouch.

12 rep round complete + 6 thrusters.

Pull-ups were surely not to standard.

Aloha,

Ok, I feel a little better now, it just wasn't me. This WOD was like a big fat kick in the XXXX. With the end of the semester, and my PCS coming up, I'm not in the mental and physical state I want to be, and I felt it this morning.

As Rx'd: I finished the round of 12 with over a minute left and I just stood there looking at the bar feeling sorry for myself until the buzzer went off.

@JWM, I'm in 3000% agreement. Lack of strength is a huge limiting factor.

12 rep round complete plus 1 thruster

Pull-ups were regular and not chest to bar but did not use a band.

(forgot to post yesterday...)

66 reps (finished 12-rep round + 6 thrusters)

Interesting WOD... The format was good (3&3, 6&6, 9&9, ... to the nth degree), but the time was too limited. I think an AMRAP 10 would have made it both more painful and more satisfying.
