Huge thanks to SG for coming in on a Saturday to judge the WOD and keep me going. Those push-ups were MISERABLE! I definitely fought a losing battle with THS this morning but glad to get that one done. Time for 11.3!

Finished my first duathlon!

Run (2 mi) - Bike (14 mi) - Run (3 mi)

1 hour, 39 min.

It was a blast.

Used a mountain bike (the first time riding a bike since winter break).
