Okay, we'll actually do 30 muscle-ups for time.

If you don't have muscle-ups, substitute with 120 pullups and 120 dips.

11:50...did singles the whole way through, but need to start stringing them together next time. Tough doing this WOD by yourself.

Thanks to the crew that came out this morning. Proud of all those who got their first muscle-ups!

Not caught up for the week. Did the medicine ball clean/wall ball workout in 7:21.

Also, congrats to COL Byers who completed 10 rounds + 9 DLs + 10 PUs for WOD 11.2.

Subbed 100 pull ups and 100 dips (which took forever!)

Scaled. 60 pullups (1 set of 10 w/o bands and rest with band) and 60 dips (blue band assisted)
