My hand still has a nice hole in it from yesterday's pull-up WOD, so I made-up the running WOD from Spring Break, but did gym loops instead of track:

21:29 total (w/ breaks included)

4 gym loops (1600m): 6:17
3 gym loops (1200m): 4:38
2 gym loops (800m): 3:06
1 gym loop (400m): 1:28

Yesterday, I did "Death by Pullups" with Sam Huddleston. Got to the 12th minute, but could only do 9 pullups during that mintue. 75 pullups in 12 minutes....I'm hurting today!

Had to switch the grip up a couple times and breaking the sets of 25 up into manageable bites slowed me down.

Good WOD though.
