Due to the potential snowstorm rolling into the region on Friday, we're going to knock out CrossFit Open WOD 11.2 on Thursday!

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155/100)
12 Push-ups (CrossFit Games standard hand release push-ups)
15 Box jumps (24/20)

Post rounds and reps to comments (and CFO participants post to the Games website too!)

MAJ Dave Hudson from IMCF here - just so you know, MAJ Mayo crushed it again this morning. 12+ rounds, I believe; don't remember exactly, and he hasn't posted his score yet. Assuming it holds (can't see that it won't), he will be our #2 male for this week. (For what it's worth, he beat me too...only managed 9 rounds + 9 DL + 1 PU.)

6 rds + 6DLs
DL Form was really bad and paying the price for that in lower back pain. Tough Workout. Still trying to work a good rhythm for box jumps so decided to drop the box to 22" and work on it a bit. I have got a long way to go. Keep it coming.

The secret to that one I think is 1) great box jumps and 2) fast transitions. I'm blessed with neither.

Dude, you guys rock! We here at IMCF keep up with you on a regular basis and have seen some sick stuff comin’ outta B&G lately. Great work...keep it up!!

Well, since you totally schooled me on 11.1, I had to dial it up a notch this week. So, with the motivation of my favorite t-shirt (the sweet B&G tee I got last fall), I managed to complete 12 rounds + 9 DL + 3 PU. Thanks for the props, but your performances there motivated me along with those that were here this morning. We had a great group of about 25-30 officers knockin’ it out together...wish you could come hang out with us sometime.

Looking forward to 11.3...I've already got several names on my prospective "T-Shirt List"...I know there's more of you deserving to be on it, so the offer still stands! Get ready to "bring it" next week!
