all rounds were at 95 lbs
Wow...that was a grip smoker!
The toll on the grip prior to the pull-ups make the pull-ups a real smoker!
Really small group this morning but good to see people getting after it.
3:23, 5:15, 4:30, 4:00, 4:40
Rounds 1 and 2 at 95#, then scaled down to 75# for remainder.
Wow, tough one this morning.
Scaled the workout to 95 lbs.
24:53 total time

Great Monday WOD!
26:24 minutes total time as Rx'd.
P/U's included some bands, some jumping, and some pauly d special kipping.
Great wod! Now we're on the path to 70's big.
What do I eat to get 70's big?
Anything that has a face and can run/swim/fly away from you. Anything that comes from such animals. Pretty much anything that grew in the ground, on a vine, or in a tree. Use some common sense, but select the most caloric dense items you can find.
16:28, scaled to 95lbs.
That was a grip strength test. Huge kudos to those who did this one as Rx'd. I feel small and weak by comparison.
26:18 as Rxd-
awesome WOD
tore up the hands (love it!) on pull ups! good crew pushing eachother this morning- interesting start to the week!
3:30, 3:30, 3:15, 2:49, 2:49
Still one-arming the WODs (good news, though: I climbed on Saturday and didn't hurt the elbow!).
30 lb. dumbbell for cleans and for jerks. 65 lb back squat instead of front squat. 1 arm band-assisted jumping pull-ups.
30ish. Really slow this AM but used 115#. Forced myself not to go to bands for the pullups so that took a bunch of extra time. Great start to the week. Love the way programming has been lately. Keep ramping it up.
2:32, 1:51, 1:58, 2:10, 2:13 as Rxed with weight.
It's been a long time since I have had to use a band, but I had to use the blue band to complete my last round of PUs.
That workut was a grip smoker!!
Aloha,
OUCH!!!

Had to band prob 40% with blue band

Totally forgot about the 90 second break in between sets. That would have been nice...
The 90 second break was key. It definitely allowed me to catch my break between each round.
