WOD 11.4 complete.Completed 0 rounds, 60 burpees, & 30 OHS at Rx at about 8:40. Made an attempt at one MU, but I could not stick it.Also, watched Annie complete 60 burpees in about 5:30. Shoulder issues prevented her from completing any OHS.I will get today's workout in sometime tomorrow.
