Those CF Games standard push-ups DESTROY me every time! Awesome to have SG pushing it to keep me going. Hard to replace the value of somebody else persevering through the pain with you!

Didn't quite do part 2 as RXd. Focused on rope climb technique, did the PUs as RXd, and added some running in between.

WOD 11.4 complete.

Completed 0 rounds, 60 burpees, & 30 OHS at Rx at about 8:40. Made an attempt at one MU, but I could not stick it.

Also, watched Annie complete 60 burpees in about 5:30. Shoulder issues prevented her from completing any OHS.

I will get today's workout in sometime tomorrow.
