This is the first time in I don't know how long that I have broken a set of under 20 pull-ups.


I can't believe I'm saying this, but I would love to see a WOD including the "wall climbs" that showed up on the main site a few days ago.

Matt, I did the wall climb WOD from the mainsite the other day and it was a tough one! Those are much harder than they look - smokes your core, shoulders, and self-esteem!

Bobby, I was sleeping in and licking my wounds after Oregon's loss last night.

Matt, hats off to you for scaling up to C2B pull-ups. Regular ones were plenty to smoke me.

Be careful what you ask for, those wll climbs just might show up soon!

Great workout.. i definately felt it at track. It ninjad up on me during my runs. But I won!
I thought coming back here i would get away afrom the 35+inches of snow on the ground at home.. guess not. Stay Safe!! Buckle up for safety
