Matt, I did the wall climb WOD from the mainsite the other day and it was a tough one! Those are much harder than they look - smokes your core, shoulders, and self-esteem!
Great workout.. i definately felt it at track. It ninjad up on me during my runs. But I won! I thought coming back here i would get away afrom the 35+inches of snow on the ground at home.. guess not. Stay Safe!! Buckle up for safety
