Scaled to 95lb Thrusters because they destroy me.

In keeping with CF's primary endstate- every week or so it's nice to do a true Functional Fitness WOD...

Today I did "Snowmaggedon"
Shovel snow with nonstop/high intensity/good-safe form for 60meters of sidewalk and full driveway.(appx 6-7 inches of wet, heavy NY snow)

for time- about 33 minutes

I did a "Goat Buster" AMRAP WOD:
AMRAP 3 Double Unders: 175
Gym Loop #1: 1:29
AMRAP 3 Pull-ups: 29 (PR)
Gym Loop #2: 1:23
AMRAP 3 Deadlift (185#): 27
Gym Loop #3: 1:23
AMRAP 3 Overhead Squat (65#): 33
Gym Loop #4: 1:19
AMRAP 3 Farmer's Carry (70 lb each hand) = 8 laps x 15 meters: 120 meters

I took a break between each Gym Loop and AMRAP long enough to set up the next exercise.

It was good to focus on some of my goats in hopes of improving!
