50 lb on squat clean.

Attempted as many unassisted ring dips as I could, then used a push off the floor on the bottom.

7:17 (PR). Love those PRs, this one by 44 seconds.

Really want to emphasize the importance of using your whole body for this lift. An explosive movement includes pulling from the floor, extending the hips fully, and really shrugging the bar with your shoulders. If you don't get it all in there, you're not efficient.
