Welcome back from the long weekend.  This WOD is the first WOD from the Northwest Regionals for the CrossFit Games for 2010.  Check out this video of Chris Spealler tearing it up!  We scaled the weight a bit and you should scale to your own level for the overhead squats.

3 rounds for time:
10 overhead squats (115/75)
50 double unders

Intensity was good, but could bump up the weight next time.

8:20 - my shoulders were smoked and I was only using the 45 lbs. bar. I had to switch to the 20 lbs. bar for the last set.

9:04. Dropped to 95 lb OHS for rds 2-3. Absolutely the most embarassing DU display of my life. Something about fatigued shoulders and legs really threw me off.

7:24 with about a 20 lb bar (maybe 25/30) and 4 single unders for the DUs.

first time since my shoulder injury with OHS. Felt great, but my shoulders are smoked.

12:50,thoroughly spent! Shoulders suck - started w/ 45 lb bar first 2 sets, ended w/ 24 lb bar last set. 4 to 1 single jumpes.
