Been working on the Mob Wod stuff for a while. Definitely felt some increase in ROM when I do some of the MobWods before a workout. Also found out that a nalgene bottle is a good torture device for knots in my legs. This is some good stuff.
Decided to row a 5k as it has been a while. 19:2714 seconds off my PR. I need to rebuild some endurance which is lacking right now.
