CROSSFIT FRIDAY!!!
Meet at the River Courts at 0530.
WOD:
Choose to begin at either the north or south set of pullup bars:
15 x pullups, sprint to the other pullup bar set (200m), 15 x pullups, sprint back to your starting pullup bar set (200m)
15 x dips, sprint to the other dip bar set (200m), 15 x dips, sprint back to your starting dip bar set (200m)
Continue the pattern above and execute the following exercises:
15 x burpees at both locations (near pullup/dip bars)
15 x situps at both locations (near pullup/dip bars)
15 x pushups at both locations (near pullup/dip bars)
15 x air squat at both locations (near pullup/dip bars)
Finish by sprinting to your start point, and try not to puke.

someone needs to give the Zoomie a drug test...incredible time. Must be all that training at high altitude
I got beat by a few guys who started at the bars near the boathouse... Apparently most of the Army guys haven't figured out how to use computers yet. Have a great 3 day weekend everybody!

Ok, I don't know what you guys are eating there, but you all were moving. I did all my exercise sets unbroken and at a good pace and I still couldn't touch your times. My run did feel like it was in slow motion though.
Had to do a shuttle run (50m each leg). Did chest to bar pull-us, and ring dips.
