Michael Smith and I are going at 1330. 20 minutes in the cold for nothing is not a good way to start the morning.

I got thru the 3rd rnd of cleans and then had to get to a meeting. time:25:34
had to scale (75 and then dropped to 65lbs) in order to maintain any power
Tough WOD!

A tip: I had to be careful of getting full hip extension at the top of the clean before I started to lower the bar back to the hang. My tendency was to start dropping the bar on the way up.

As Rx'd MINUS the Gym Loops: 28:02. This was a killer and I didn't even do the runs.

28:15. Glad to know I wasn't the only one who thought this was the most painful WOD in a while...closest I've come to puking yet. Bring the pain!

34:30...yup, that was awful! I haven't felt like that during and after a workout in a long time. Great workout, we'll have to do this one again real soon.
