Aloha,

I'm not going to be there again. I'm trying to get over whatever I have as fast as possible.

Wow, that was fun! It was great to see a few brave souls there to get their "Thayer lung" on! Congrats to Nate for getting MI last night and being there this morning!!

I was without a partner so I did equal work/rest cycles each round.

12 laps complete in 21:16.

Range of split times from :50 to :58 and I measured the distance with the wheel to be 875 feet (267 meters).

Good times and nice push by RK and Tom to dust me at the end!

That was fun, Tom was fast, so I didn't get a lot of rest. We got 12rounds in 21:48. It was a little different running through Thayer with the halls empty, but fun.

Couldn't sleep last night so I stayed in a little later than usual.

Cool article from CFJ.

I'll be going heavy later today with Andrew.

Trent and I got a full 11 rounds in, and there was enough time for me to run about 100 meters or so in the 12th round.
Fun workout!

I should have read Adam's post about the actual distance. I ran these at 400m, not 267.

No partner, so used a 1:1 rest cycle.

Splits were between 1:30 and 1:42.
