Great WOD Adam. You missed out, it was a great one to do with a group. It was nice having a TDY visitor this morning.

8:29. This was a great wod that had me operating in the uncomfortable zone after RD 2.
Have an 8 mile ruck march tomorrow morning so I'm going to save this one for later.
Today I did..
100 pullups for time
Starting with 5 HSPU, doing 5 every minute
kicked my feet up onto a PT stand thing. Spotted myself with a leg curl type movement. had to stop at 8 min to put on gloves and scaled to jumping pullups around 75
