This morning we will meet at Shea Stadium (the track by Gillis Field House) at 0540.  This one is a bit different, so hopefully it is a good one!


5 rounds for time
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad jump 100 feet (every 5 broad jumps, do 3 x burpees)

Have an 8 mile ruck march tomorrow morning so I'm going to save this one for later.

Today I did..
100 pullups for time
Starting with 5 HSPU, doing 5 every minute

kicked my feet up onto a PT stand thing. Spotted myself with a leg curl type movement. had to stop at 8 min to put on gloves and scaled to jumping pullups around 75
