Today's WOD is a bit different, but should be fun.
3* x ring dips
3* x ground to overhead [GTO] (135/95)
Rest 1 minute
* - every round increase the number of ring dips by 3 and number of GTO by 1.
This means first round is 3 reps of each, 2nd round is 6 reps of ring dips and 4 reps of GTO, 3rd is 9 ring dips & 5 GTO, etc.
NOTE: Scale weight as needed.
