Bring your reflective belt and get ready to run a bit for today's WOD.

For time:
Run 1 mile
40 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
50 x weighted sit-ups (20/14)
Run 1 mile

NOTE:  Run route is from the front of Arvin, around Trophy Point, past Koszuicko's Monument, by Lincoln Hall, to the Officer's Club, then cross the street, run by the library, past Patton Statue, to Ike Statue, across Diagonal Walk, to Mac Statue, and back to Arvin gym.

Finally out of the god forsaken fort jackson. In raleigh, nc now with my parents and girlfriend.

This morning..
3 RFT:
3x muscle up (mostly failed attempts, call them chest to ring pullups I guess)
10x kte
50x double unders
About 9:30 was the time

Wanted to try out my new wooden rings. Turns out when you don't do muscle ups for a long time, they are kinda difficult to jump back into. Gonna try to hit up Crossfit Invoke here sometime this week. My dad and girlfriend will be taking the intro class. Hoping to get them hooked like me.

Returned from Land Nav early, so:

WOD from today: 19:51 (ran the Kosciuszko statue route instead to avoid being near the Apron and used a 20# med ball)

Then I tried Lynne, but I can't bench anywhere near my body weight. 1/2 body weight (70 lb) and kipping pull-ups: 7/5, 4/5, 4/6, 3/6, 3/5 = 48
