So I did 40kgs carefully (probably didn't go down entirely) at 10-8-6-4-2-1 7:43 Pull-ups were fine though...

My legs did not like me today after the workout yesterday.

The transitions get old after a while. Great combo of movements. I like OHS better than thrusters.

did the first few reps with 45lb bar, but my shoulder still gives me problems so I finished it out with a 12lb bar.
