did the first few reps with 45lb bar, but my shoulder still gives me problems so I finished it out with a 12lb bar.
Not as rxed due to a combo of 1- Back squats and press yesterday2- My inexperience with overhead squats 3- not remembering if it was an entire countdown or just even numbers4- KilogramsSo I did 40kgs carefully (probably didn't go down entirely) at10-8-6-4-2-17:43Pull-ups were fine though...
