oops. I did an extra set of 1 at the end.. I think I told everybody else there were 2 sets of 1 at the end. Oh well. I'd say sorry, but I know you all enjoyed it.

Got a PR on that extra set of 1 at the end.

Wow, I apologize to the morning crew that I overslept this morning! I'm displeased to say the least. My alarm was set, but I did not hear it and luckily woke up at 6:40 (or I would have been late to work).

Sorry to have missed this morning, I need to hire some minute callers!!

Diagnostic APFT this morning. Probably not so hot for all of the pt studs here but good for myself.

Got up to 195 today after lunch before failing.

Knocked out a few muscle ups at the end for fun. Got about 6 good ones.
