Been a long time since I've PR'd!!

A lot of great work out there this morning:
SM...HUGE WEIGHT!
Gregg...form looked awesome.
Tex...great work on that last rep.
Joe Brown...making a great gains.
Thanks for bringing out your candidates to work out early in the morning. Great exposure for them.

Some nice gains this morning. Good job.

3x305, 2x330, 2x340, 350(f on all remaining)

340 for 2 wasn't that bad, but I couldn't get 350 off of the ground. I apprently found the mental block that DB got rid of.

SM and Joe, you guys are HUGE! Awesome work putting up over 400#.

I wish that my cadet sponsor had taken me to CF in the AM. Of course, that was before the days of B&G.

Been missing the AM crew this week. Took my APFT today.
PU - 81 = 100 points
SU - 82 = 100 points
Run - 12:36 = 100 points (in VFFs)

Best APFT since I was a firstie and I did nothing other than CrossFit prior to the test. Remember how effective this training is when you get out to units who want to focus on push-ups, sit-ups, and a run every day.

DB (B&G CF Ancient), I am no match for you! It'd take me 13:00 just to do 30 HSPUs! I'll give it a shot this weekend, though, and let you know how miserable my time is.

I'm TDY, so working with what I've got.

Yesterday, I did 21-15-9 of:

-35# Dumbbell Thrusters
-Burpees
-Sit-ups

Time = 6:18

Today, I did Tabata This:

-Air Squats = 16
-Push-ups = 15
-Sit-ups = 16
-(kinda wierd but)Dumbbell Snatches = 9

Total = 56

Look forward to making up the B&G WODs from this week and being back with the morning crew on Friday.

Really feeling Paul, the abs are burning. Felt good on deadlift though, one of my favorites
