I defintely underestimated my capabiliies this morning. I should have gone with 115 or 125.
Thanks to MAJ Richards for helping me to further correct my poor squat form after the workout.

Did the first round with 155# and got scared after the jerks.

This one hurt today. I used 155# for the DL and HPC, but 135 for the PJ... 18:24
135 for the PJ was light (I didn't have to put the bar down), but the 155 HPC ate my lunch. I lost the bar at least twice due to grip failure. After round 2 I was only doing 2 at a time. Tough one.
Big props to NM, Gregg, and Derek for going Rx'd. I'm sure there were others, so sorry if I missed you. Great job.

I love this workout cause it's such a mental challenge to go unbroken. Setting down the bar often just creates more work...which is the opposite of good.
Bobby, great job of showing up on your wheelhouse day...let's see if you show tomorrow...
15:58. Went three rds as rx'd, then decreased the HPCs to 135lbs (left the rest at 155). Absolutely a mental struggle.
Did this one on 8 April. Big wheelhouse workout for me.

FTC this morning. Stopped at 7:55 at the end of round 3 with 135#. Ran out of time.
I won't be showing up for awhile. I need to dedicate more time to my greatest weakness...swimming.
