Pittsburgh Police Officer Paul John Rizzo Domenic Sciullo II, 36, was shot and killed in the line of duty while responding to a domestic disturbance call on April 4, 2009. He was engaged to be married with Lisa Esposito.

5 rounds for time of:
50 x double unders (or tuck jumps)
35 x knees to elbows
20 yard Overhead walk (185# / 135#)

Bring your jump ropes and scale appropriately on the overhead walk.

20:00 with 135# and DUs.

The KTEs ate my lunch and were more like "knees to triceps" or "knees to arm pits." Tough hero WOD.

For those that are new the last couple of days, keep coming out. There is a learning curve to all of this, but believe me, it is worth it. We all started out not being able to do a lot of the stuff. It will all come with time.

Scaled to 135lbs, and only did 3 rounds (sounds weak, I know, but couldn't blow off a scheduled meeting). Great WOD, especially fun to throw in new things like the overhead walk. Tough to argue with the functionality and core strength focus of that movement.

27:13. 115#. Had subbed some single unders in and then my rope broke, went to tuck jumps. Should have done 125# or 135# on the overhead walk.

22 minutes, 38 seconds of pain.
