Sat: Claudia m/u with 50# db and treadmill:14:27Was able to rachet up my speed on the treadmill now using my 187-190 Hr test result as a baseline which actually helped me pick up the pace to 9.6 mph on the treadmill. Otherwise I would have kept it around the mid to high 8 mph range.
