42-30-18 20in box jumps
time: 8:35

Couldn't find a 5k route so I ran for 25 minutes. Went back and measured it at 3.7 miles.

Discovered that it's easier without shoes on than with running shoes. I know what santa can get me for Christmas, if he's listening...
