If a four folks could meet me out in the Arvin parking lot, that would be great....I have 4 dynamax balls - one 12# and three 20# - that we purchased through the money made from selling the T-shirts.

Fantastic work on everyone's part in raising the money to purchase the equipment for Arvin. A great team effort by the entire West Point CrossFit community to solve a problem at the lowest level. Again, super job!

I think the best place to do this might be in the hallway on the side of the 3rd floor weight room. It has a 12' ceiling and is plenty long.

I started off with 30 consecutive, but i need to keep going to at least 50. from then on...i struggled with 20 and then 10 reps before putting the ball down. after it was done, my HR was up for sure. Good workout!

I did sets of 50,20,15,15,15,15,20 and tried to keep my rest between sets under 5 sec.
