Michael - 21:51Good core workout!
Michael--17:58. Had to sub good mornings for the back extentions. Did some pullups after the workout for a little extra. Really wanted to get to a gym for Grace today but couldn't make it happen.
ran for 19:32...didnt get a chance to drive the route to get a distance...but i felt good on the run. Not going according to plan in terms of getting to a gym.
