i did the following today:
21-15-9 thrusters 95lbs
42-30-18 20in box jumps
time: 8:35
Couldn't find a 5k route so I ran for 25 minutes. Went back and measured it at 3.7 miles.
Got a little bit of a stomach virus. Will make up tomorrow.
