I got a 16:07 last time. I felt like I was in slow motion on the run, but I changed my feet on my squat and was able to increase my turnover time. All OHS unbroken
Mickey - great post...CF is a great way to be addicted to something that is good for you!!!!!! Glad you got hooked and have been at the crack pipe (i.e. barbell) ever since!
Erin - great work on the OHS today - form was looking good and you were battling through!

Ha ha! I had a feeling we were gonna see Nancy again soon!
23:05 as rx'd.
1st set of OHS unbroken.
2nd set dropped on my head
3rd, 4th, and 5th sets were alright
Stairs absolutely killed me.
Much better than last time where I was at 65# and no sets unbroken
Mickey - great work pushing through as rx'd this morning - you've now set a benchmark on Nancy and can continue to improve from there!
for me, 16:56 as rx'd. Even though it felt miserable, my time in DEC was 20:00...so a 3 minute PR isn't bad for a sleepy Thursday morning!
12:30
did 1st round with 45lbs, then scaled to 12lbs.
its a little frustrating that i cant do this 2 years after shoulder surgery, but i guess its baby steps
I wont be around tomorrow, my last APFT as a cadet is Saturday morning.
Aloha,
As Rx'd: 15:43

Last Nancy was with a Supe's Loop, so I don't know how comparable this one is in terms of time.
All sets unbroken.
@45#, 15:06 (which is over 4 minutes faster than DEC)
20:45
Bleh...
