SPRING BREAK!!!!!!

Enjoy your time away from West Point and check in every once in a while and let us know where you are, what you are doing, and what workouts you've been doing.  If you are competing in the CrossFit Games Open, don't forget to get the work-out done and validated.

For on the fly WOD ideas, check out the link that Mickey sent out.  All these workouts can be done with VERY little equipment.  No excuses...get after it!  See you all after Spring Break.

jswobe - glad you are getting after it while the rest of us sip Coronas at the pool side!

Actually, I'm working from home over the break, but it is still nicer than going to work. No plastic shoes, no brass belt buckle, etc.

Today I did 3 rounds for time:
40 x double-unders
30 x push-ups
20 x deadlifts (started with a 50 lbs bag of sand, which sprung a leak after round 1)
10 x squats w/ weight (50 lbs. sand bag died after round 1).

Time: 10:22

After finishing round 1 I dropped the sand bag gently and it exploded. So I had to improvise for the next 2 rounds and used the biggest rock I could find, which was probably about 30 lbs or so.

Fun times.
