Last week before Spring Break - that means we have to put in a lot of hard work before we take off for a week!
Today will be a partner WOD, so bring a friend and get ready to get after it!
5 rounds for time:
Person A - Run Stairway to Heaven
Person B - 10 x Kettlebell swings (53/35), 10 x goblet squats (53/35), 10 x knees to elbows
Once both complete, then switch roles and finish up the round.
NOTE: Whichever partner finishes their part first gets to rest until their partner is done (i.e. if you return from the Stairway you get to rest until your partner completes all the knees to elbows)
NOTE2: Each person will end up doing 5 x Stairways and 5 x sets of KBS, GS, and KTEs

In combination with my roommate induced sleep depravity, this turned out to be one of the most miserable WODs in recent memory.

Had to scale down to 35# after the first set, that ruck march yesterday buried me
Mickey, I feel you man, I was sucking this morning BIG time! Fortunately Matt kept pushing the pace and I crawled across the finish line at 17:08 as rx'd.
Man that was tough!
Bennett and I finished at around 15:30 as Rx'd. My legs are feeling it.
Mod to 5 RFT, w/ a ~200m uphill run for the STH

this afternoon with 2 new partners:

Will have to make this one up when my feet are less raw from the ruck yesterday.
Instead, worked on pull-ups and did the first Open WOD:
7 minutes of burpees: 84 reps
That was painful.
