Thank you for posting scaled w/o's

scaled to 85 lbs. Still need to work on form
8:12 at 135 for cleans
This was a good example of not scaling properly. I was able to get through the WOD at 135 lbs but my intensity suffered because of the time spent resting between reps and sets. I would have been better off with 115 or 105 for the cleans.
8:56 at 95 lbs
7:50 at 65 lbs. I need to work on my form for cleans so I can increase the weight.
7:45 2@ 95 and 3@85
my pride says advanced
my back says intermediate
I need to check my pride at the door beside my ego.
Good wod.
7:07 @ 95lbs.

Aloha,

10:02 with 135# squat cleans.
Tough workout. Looks slow in comparison to the other posts. Serious THS after a weekend at Disney.
Kings, the squat cleans probably added a lot of time to your WOD. I was 100% power cleans which cycled through much faster even at my relative weakness level. I might still be there if I were working squat cleans.
6:05 at 95 lbs. no way I could have gotten the 135 though.

Again humbled by my first "cleans-for-volume" workout...
Good WOD!
