15 OHS (95/45)

Compare to 9/14/10 but note that the running route was different.
Here is a video with some instruction on the OHS. Great review whether you are new or old to CrossFit.

Just a shout out to y'all back at Hudson High. Miss you guys, and keep up the hard work in the gym! Still working on my double unders...
15:30 with OHS at 75 lbs.
A huge improvement over my last Nancy in Sept by over 2 minutes and an additional 60 lbs. on the OHS. Next Nancy will be as rx'd.
13:42 @ 75lbs. OHS
First go at "Nancy." I'll join Adam doing the next one as rx'd.
GO NANCY!!!!
12:56 as rx'd unbroken ohs, stupid stairs, good group, go ninjas.
15:24 as Rx'd
Those stairs really destroyed me this morning and as I was slogging my way up on the 4th or 5th round I watched Adam cruise past me like he was running down a hill!
Great to have some old faces back in the mix this morning.
Good efforts by everybody!
15:11 with OHS at 45 lbs.
Still nursing a back injury. Good to be back though.
13:44, as Rx'd.
Gym loops definitely add another dimension to the WOD, and my legs appreciate that.
Aloha,
14:22 as Rx'd. Thank goodness I didn't have stairs, but I do have to slow almost to a walk to exit the gym during the run.
16:31. Not entirely sure if I did 6 rounds, or 5. In any case - it would probably be a better scale to do 6 because I had to sub back squats for OHS. 45lb.
Rando! I finally got double unders!
Nancy, here on Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan, in the NATO Gym. Took me 19:48; did 400 meter row instead of run since the treadmills are all in use, 35 kilos for the OH Squat. Major Silas Bowman.
15:21
That was miserable. Damn the stairs.
Thanks to Tex for the motivation on the last lap.
Rando, how's CF treating you at 7200ft ele?
Send some wild pics and stats from the CF crowd out in Falcon land.
22:30
BAD time, GOOD form on all OHS
Note to self: doing Holbrook yesterday probably did not help on today's time. Maybe I should have just ran...
GO ARMY! USMA '00

13:28 as rx'd
13:36 with 115# OHS.
I would call this a PR in Arvin with the stairs. Closest that I have come to throwing up in a long time.
Kings, I am glad you saw the message for your Rx'd weight!
Amazing!

Tried 95 lbs OHSs on the first round, and I was never quite right after that...hip flexors and motivation were gone. Finished the last four rounds at 75 lbs.
We miss you too Randothezoomie. Start training that Black & Blue team so you don't get smoked again next year!
