I made up a WOD nicknamed the "Triple 50"3 rounds for time of:50 x push ups50 x sit ups20 x lunges10 x pull ups20 x air squats1 mile run39:10 - it was especially nice because it was 65 degrees in FL!
WOD #12 rounds (w/ about 2 seconds to spare...)95 lb push press
Aloha,WOD #1 as Rx'd:2 rounds with about :12 to spare. Not enough time to jump back on the rower. Great WOD.
2 full rounds plus an additional 500 meter run. Subbed 95 pound push press
