85-95-105-115-12535 lbs on TGUs...went for quicker turns instead of weight for my first set of TGUs; did one rep @ 53 lbs to finish off.
115-115-125-135-140 for thrustersDid the first 8 TGUs with 53lbs and switched arms for each one. For the last two is used the 70lb kettlebell but did them both with my right arm.
45-65-55-60-65(fail)-4526lb on the TGUs. Alternated hands by 2.
