I did this yesterday afternoon (it was lifting day for climbing practice and they happened to be nearly the same thing):Back Squat: 85-90-90-95-100Bench Press: 45-55-65-75(fail)-65

B: 205,220,235,245,250FS: 185,200,210,215,220Then, I did 1 rep with front squat every minute for the next several minutes adding 5 pounds each time. Finished at 260.
