I am planning on going around 0530-0545. I would love to have somebody join me because this is going to be a long painful one! Hope to see some of you there...

Due to giving a first hour TEE, I had to do Whitten Jr.

3 rounds for time with 35 lbs KB and 14 lbs. wall ball.

23:00 - a total smoker, anyone who did the entire workout is a hero in my book.

Great way to punch out for the semester...stay thirsty for fitness my friends..

Wow...that was a smoker plus!

38:40 with 1.5 pood (53#) kettlebell

Great to have a crew there to suffer with because this would have been more miserable alone!

Props to Erin, ACE, JC, Adam, and Tex for an awesome push!

37:41 with 1 pood (35#) KB.

Nothing like an early CrossFit Christmas Present!

Tough WOD to end a great week!

34:40. 35lb kb swing, 12lb wall ball.

I don't know if my legs have felt more like jelly on a gym loop before.

Thanks to all for the push. That WOD really made my day.

Aloha,

As Rx'd: 42:13

I built in a time scale. I was going to do 3 rounds minimum. If I was under 27:00, I would move onto round 4, and if I was under 36:00 after that I would move onto 5. I some how made it. I did help I had a guy getting ready for BUD/s on my tail. Otherwise I think I would have given up. It was painful, but not quite as painful as the one and only time I completed EVA as RX'd under 45 min. That involved blood. Great WOD.

39:49 as Rxed.

No fun, but a good workout! My original goal was to keep 7:30 minute rounds. That worked for the first 2 and then went downhill. After starting to slip, I decided on a new goal to finish under 40 minutes - it was almost a photo finish. Great finish to the week.
