Adding the boxjump to the burpees really added to the intensity. I didn't even bother to keep time - the 30 boxjump burpees seemed like an insurmountable mountain.
That's a good picture of me jumping onto the 20 inch box. I definitely got smoother near the end thanks to some good coaching.
I'm almost embarassed to put my time, so I won't! I just know I need improvement! Mac good to see you today. I'm no quiter contrary to what kseki says! Lol....

I swear that the YMCA rower just doesn't work quite right. I did this WOD at the qualifier in March in 9:48.
