Let me just say that gym loops kill me. By the time I get to the top of the stairs, I just want to walk. I sure hope that I am not the only one that feels this way.

Just in case you guys were wondering...beer and CF are not a good combo, trust me...having said that, if you are going to drink beer...it is not a valid excuse to keep you from coming to CF.

Just remember that in light of the big game tonight and CF Friday tomorrow. My name is Dan and I am a beer drinker with a CrossFit problem.

JWhips, you should've seen me about two years ago when I first started CF...I couldn't do anything right and left the gym shamed most every day (just ask MAJ Blackmon). And as most of you have seen, I still have lots of goats! Just wait til a WOD calls for OHS, HSPUs, snatches, ring dips, or any of my other (many) goats and watch me struggle. Over time and with a lot of coaching and encouragement from the Crew, though, things have definitely improved. If you're having a tough time with stuff, don't quit...keep coming back out and ask for help. We want to help, see you succeed here, and then watch as you take CF and incorporate it into your PT plans as PLs. Your Soldiers will love it and you’ll be more prepared for the challenges of combat.
