I tried a new WOD this weekend called "tear up my shoulder while crashing on the ski slope..."After my Ortho appt and an MRI clears me to exercise, this will be an ideal opportunity to see how CrossFit works as a rehab vehicle.Hopefully we'll have a lot of leg intesive WOD's this next month. O/W you can see me doing a lot of lunges, running and one armed KB snatches.

No blood in the chalk bucket!! That's a health issue and we'll need to throw it away. That wastes the chalk we have. Not cool!Please take a chunk out, use it, if you get blood on it, THROW IT OUT.Thanks
Gregg, should have listened to your advice about taping...foolish of me. Lesson learned. 10:36 as rx'd. On another note, I didn't see any blood in the chalk bucket as of a few minutes ago. That's good.
