i did a little catching up. I did yesterday's WOD today:

time: 6:56 (used 53lbs KB and box jumps instead of DUs)

Did Chowdah today instead.
(3-6-9-12 of overhead squat, push jerk, front squat, power clean) followed by 400m run.

Completed w/ 95#

Completed under 15 as required... but watch stopped on second set.

Subbed, 30 box jumps for the stairs.
Still in rehad from past weekend. Body is wasted. MMA practice tonight. Will take Thursday off due to lingering injuries and to prepare for the DMI secret PT session of fun on Friday.
