11:34...also used dumbbells to hold feet. Good wod ....needed that especially after watching the Army team endure a heartbreaking loss to the dreaded T-sips last night!
Had DMI PT this morning. Will make up this afternoon. Did a partner Biathlon from Camp Natural Bridge to Fire Break 16 and back. One bikes, one runs change as many times as needed. My partner and I split up and I rode to the turn around point, dropped the bike and ran back, he ran out and biked back. It was a good work out and change of pace. Watch failed me since I didn't hit the start button hard enough...oops.
9:06 feet held with dumb bells. Weird workout, in that when I got tired in on 20, 10 reps I went straight through on double unders. I only broke up the 30 in sets of 19 and 11. Not sure why that was but I guess I just got more efficient. I really felt good about how much better I have gotten with the jump rope, then I watched the video on the main site today and realized how much work I still have to do.
On situps used arm swinging momentum. IE: tapping the ground behind the head to tapping toes at the top of the SU. Though it speeds up the SU, it also consumes arm/shoulder strength that is nice for doubleunders...
DUs got progressively better. 22 and 8 on set 30, unbroken on last 2.
At a lake house awaiting the housing draw...couldn't find a good spot to anchor my feet. First 2 rounds unanchored, last 3 semi-anchored under a coffee table.

Used an Ab mat for sit-ups - that definitely slowed me down!

The jump rope hates me and my toes.
