295, 305, 315(f) 305, 245, 245dropped weight at the end to really focus on form. I have a hard time making sure my hips and shoulders rise at the same rate. I will need to continue to work on this.35 pull ups.
265lbs (PR by 20lbs since we last did this rep/set combo)41 pullups...i believe i could have stayed on longer but THS crept in. I believe about 2 or 3 were questionable in terms of chin above bar.

Made up monday's WOD (Annie)as my "warm up."275lbs16 pull ups... lost it when my hand grip failed.
240, 270, 315, 335, 355.22 kipping PUs.Also did the post-WOD WOD with SB, which got the HR up. Finished in 7:46.
Had to do a two-a-day today. Did Annie in 10:10 and then worked up to 360 DL and did 32 pull-ups.
Deadlift was maybe 150...this home gym thing is a huge limiting factor...my form felt really good8 dead hang pull-ups...big goat for me, timing for kipping is still very off
Finished off at 335 with 13 Pull-ups.Was too much of a sissy today. Back was a little tweaked so didn't want to go any higher.
