It is good to do high volume heavy every once in a while.

So I'm working out a local, crappy, gym. The oly bars are about twice the diameter of a normal (i.e.: good) bar. That's slightly exaggerated, but they are considerably bigger. I don't even know where - or why - you would buy bars like this. They are no good - particularly for lifting anything off the ground.
Anyway...for today's WOD:
