Did the ohs/clean workout todayOhs:12x9510x1156x135Amrap 5 full cleans @ 135# : 9 reps with 3 or 4 lost at the bottom.The real challenge was holding onto the bar in a gym with no bumper plates and no chalk allowed. First time also using my new oly shoes. Felt really good on the cleans. Could get my torso more vertical at the bottom of the squat.
So I attempted the handstand walks. Ha...quite humorous. BUT - I fought through it. I'm sure it can only get better. (???)Somehow, I stopped my watch at 10:28 in the middle of the last 15m handstand walk. Based on the previous rounds and times, my overall was probably between 12:15 and 12:45.Fun WOD...again, something different...
