Big Nasty!

5 rounds for time:
3 x overhead squat (115/75)
5 x front squat (115/75)
7 x box jumps (30/24)

NOTE:  Scale as needed!  115# OHS is rather stout - don't do more than you are capable of.
NOTE2:  Barbell starts from the racked position in the squat cage.

Had to scale to 95 w/ ohs so i did that w/ front squats too to save time.

7:45 today. ohs were terrible

That was a tough one! Front squat actually was tougher for me than the OHS.

Awesome to see a big crew this morning! Keep working the shoulder, back, and ankle flexibility needed to do squats in all forms - air, front, and OHS.

WOD 4 Warriors question: are the "Presses" to be done w/ just a 45-lb or 25-lb plate, without a bar?

I screwed up the height of my box and the weight on my OHS bar. Head, space and timing issues apparently...
