9:44 as rx'dLast August, I did Karen and it was 8:30 with a 12 lbs. ball, so I'd say that I've made significant improvement on this one!I tried to keep pace with 15 per minute with some rest, which worked like a charm! Next time I will go for 20 per minute.

Hey - my CF christmas list is long. A rope, a big boy medicine ball, plus:1. a 70-lb kettlebell2. better rings (and space) for muscle-ups3. a rower with a monitor that actually works4. bumper plates...even 2 x 25-pounders would be a start...Oh, to dream.
